Why it surfaced

Kanean turns a street-level complaint into a structured case: residents add a photo and exact location, follow each status change, and confirm the repair. Its workflow also gives municipalities and concessionaires a jurisdiction-specific queue, operator assignment, internal notes, and a resolution history; the public app is still in development, while the administrative panel is already available.
