Paioli’s turns a home spirits shelf in Faenza into a small editorial system: browse by mood, inspect tasting notes, or ask the site to choose a drink from the available inventory. Its strongest rule is also its best conceit—“zero imaginary ingredients,” with every recipe checked against the real collection.
