Why it surfaced
PamElection is unusually explicit about its civic design: every candidate receives the same information and space, while citizen responses are shown only in aggregate. Its volunteer “konbit” model, diaspora participation, and plan to score predictions with the Brier score give the project a concrete mechanism rather than just a campaign-season slogan.
