Why it surfaced

CITYarts gives young participants a real role in choosing the issue and making the work, with projects listed from the Bronx, New Haven, Manhattan, Harlem, and Tel Aviv–Jaffa. Its unusually concrete donation language includes the claim that one gallon of paint covers forty square feet of wall.
