Why it surfaced

co-mment treats the familiar review-call complaint as a spatial problem: click the element, leave the note, and keep the thread attached to the DOM as the page changes. Its unusually concrete workflow carries the viewport, browser, screenshot, and element context into Claude Code, Cursor, or Linear.
