Concile: A Reactive Backend You Run Yourself

Why it surfaced

Concile records what each query reads, then re-runs only the queries touched by a committed write—no polling or refetching. The site also publishes its limits plainly: single-node writes, no built-in TLS, and no search yet, alongside a claimed 8.6 ms median propagation result readers can reproduce themselves.
