Why it surfaced

The reveal is the whole mechanism: nobody hears anyone else's performance until the group premiere, when speaker portraits identify exactly who supplied each line. The site also describes a player-made Clip Browser, an in-game editing workshop, and creator applications, giving this unreleased party game a small ecosystem rather than just a pitch.

An upcoming game mutes the voices in short video clips and has up to eight players record new dialogue simultaneously, then watch and vote on the finished cut.
