Why it surfaced

Oka treats trust as a product mechanic rather than a slogan: a booking request locks credits, a host personally decides whether to welcome a guest, and cancellations, reviews, moderation, and audit trails all have explicit states. Seven linked chapters make the model unusually easy to inspect.
