Why it surfaced
PayRank removes algorithms, votes, and apparently even the possibility of a graceful exit: bids never expire, payments are never refunded, and the top spot simply goes to whoever pays more. It accepts card, UPI, or USDT, making the whole thing an unusually clear specimen of monetized visibility.
