Why it surfaced

This is linting with unusually tangible consequences: raw colors become bound tokens, misplaced anchors snap to the grid, unnamed layers acquire names, and redundant wrappers disappear. It also processes directories of SVGs, reports median scores and rollbacks, and refuses export formats it cannot safely write.
