The console supports two paths: literal PowerShell with preflight checks, or bounded Agent Mode that converts an outcome into a sequence of proposed actions. Before execution, AQORIN says it recalculates command risk locally and applies one of four policy outcomes: allow, confirm, strong-confirm, or block.
