An offline medical-device compliance tool checks proposed changes against an FDA-authorized PCCP and produces a signed audit receipt.

Landing page captured for the 2026-08-25 issue.

Field notes

The proposed workflow turns the PCCP into structured rules covering modification types, metric ranges, validation tests, and approvals, then compares those rules with release evidence already produced by a quality system. The example uses UpDoc’s FDA authorization from 23 December 2025: four changes are cleared and three are stopped. Results include a named failing rule, an UNKNOWN state for unmeasured conditions, and a signed receipt covering 23 checks.
