Fetchgate, a Storefront for Unattended Agents
Fetchgate lets AI agents retrieve web content, inspect a digital-goods catalog, and pay for downloads over HTTP, MCP, card checkout, or x402.
Field notes
The reader API accepts a URL and returns either main content as Markdown or structured fields such as canonical, OpenGraph, language, and publication metadata. The documented free tier allows 30 requests per day per IP, after which calls use API-key plans or x402 payments. The storefront currently names a registry covering 21 facilitators and 118 services, plus a prompt-injection corpus with 156 labeled cases, a JSON Schema, and a Python evaluation harness.
