Groflex separates the workflow into Admin, Teacher, and Parent interfaces rather than presenting one undifferentiated dashboard. A school can paste a basic Excel register containing a student’s name, class, and guardian number, then generate challans, report cards, IDs, and certificates from the system. The page also describes an activity log for fee and mark changes, plus a parent portal intended to replace SMS updates. Android installation happens directly from the site, while iPhone access runs through Safari.
