LaneStory organizes a meet around individual events rather than a generic session schedule: a swimmer's heat, lane, start time, schedule drift, and eventual result are treated as separate moments. The proposed live view includes eight lanes, turn and leader markers, and split comparisons against seed time. Its performance layer tracks personal bests, season progress, FINA points, qualifying-time distance, and milestones such as a first sub-30 swim.
