Smiiton assembles Japanese construction estimates from named standards, price publications, and regional conditions, then attaches the relevant table and formula to each result. Its source list covers port and harbor cost standards, machinery depreciation, labor rates, construction-material prices, market prices, standard unit prices, and schedule or utilization guidance. The visible update log records a correction to backfill compaction rules and says the earlier error could lower a unit price by roughly one-fifth.
