The tool combines a local 48-hour odor-risk index with resident observations. Its model uses Open-Meteo weather data and weights wind direction, calm air, pressure, inversion, temperature, humidity, and rain; the wastewater treatment plant is identified as about 700 metres southwest of Sídlisko Studená. Reports may record perceived intensity on a five-point scale and are limited to one submission every 20 minutes.
