The service accepts a photo by email, text, or a camera page, then claims to classify the document and extract fields appropriate to it—for example, a claim number from an adjuster's card or an MLS number from a property flyer. The page says one message can carry ten photos, including estimate pages and sign-in sheets. It also describes a review interface that places uncertain characters beside the source image before sending a contact, lead, or job to one of four named CRMs.
