StageKeeper, for bars that book bands out of DMs
Booking software that gives venues a musician application page, approval workflow, reminders, calendars, and a record of which acts draw a crowd.
Field notes
Venues configure stages, house rules, dates, set lengths, and pay, then publish a branded page where musicians apply. Staff can review music links, bios, and prior-show history before approving an act, while the system sends confirmations and reminders. The workflow also records crowd, sales, and ratings after each show, and can enforce a venue-specific rebooking interval such as no repeat act within 30 days. Public listings and feeds for Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars are also described.
