A Mac tool that finds local businesses without websites, verifies the gap, and generates a sample site and tailored pitch for freelance web designers.

The workflow combines OpenStreetMap discovery with a live-web check intended to remove businesses that already have sites. Remaining prospects are scored, then paired with a generated one-page build using the business's stated hours and a pitch written in the designer's voice. The page shows six labeled examples, including auto glass, emergency plumbing, bakery, dental, florist, and gym layouts; one auto-repair run is displayed for San Rafael and Mill Valley.
