The service submits a target URL to a fresh headless Chromium session based in the EU, waits briefly, scrolls once, and records network calls, cookies, and several fingerprinting probes without accepting consent prompts. It then attributes contacted domains to companies and calculates a 0–100 score using companies, cookies, fingerprinting, and ad technology. The public interface also preserves scans for ranking, although its latest, most-leashed, and least-leashed lists currently contain no entries.
