The workflow model is organized around four stages: Define, Verify, Reconcile, and Complete. Its evidence layer uses source sentinels, typed evidence, graphs, review receipts, and a ledger, while provider uncertainty routes the process to blocked or indeterminate rather than retrying automatically.
