Chartburn combines clinician submissions with a reporting rule: figures carry their report count, and cells with fewer than three reports are hidden. Its current examples include monthly pricing and add-on fees for systems such as SimplePractice, Tebra, and Athena, while the minutes-per-note table remains largely marked as awaiting reports. Seeded figures are described as temporary inputs to be replaced by community medians.
