Days Strong, the habit tracker that refuses to punish forgetting
An offline iPhone and iPad habit tracker for recording what you stopped, what you started, and what those choices save.
Field notes
Days Strong separates abstinence tracking from ordinary habit completion: stopped habits use a live, backdated counter, while started habits can be recorded daily, on selected weekdays, or a set number of times per week. Its day model has three states—done, slipped, and amber “couldn’t”—with amber excluded from streaks and percentages. The site also describes local-only storage, work/home habit sets, recovery timelines with named sources, and a savings goal funded by avoided spending.
