FourPatch, a quilt studio that ends with a cutting list
A browser-based quilt design tool that turns blocks, layouts, and photos into editable patterns, fabric calculations, and printable cutting instructions.
Field notes
The studio keeps block geometry editable after a design is made, allowing users to recolor, rotate, redraw, or reuse a block as a starting point. Its photo workflow reduces an image to selected fabrics, adds half-square triangles along diagonal edges, and produces a lettered row-by-row chart. The live fabric math includes seam allowances, strip packing, and yardage rounded to the eighth, with backing, batting, and binding included.
