Decal, the local-page-to-Figma reconstruction tool
Decal turns local websites, dev-server routes, and downloaded HTML into editable Figma layers rather than flat screenshots.
Field notes
The workflow separates capture from placement: Decal renders a local page and puts the result on the clipboard, while Decal Companion pastes it into Figma as editable layers. The page lists support for framework routes and plain HTML, arbitrary viewport widths, and locally served pages behind development-server authentication. It also describes special handling for below-the-fold lazy images, scroll-revealed sections, WebP files, SVG icons, font fallback chains, gradients, shadows, and right-to-left text.
