JengaCost puts a Kenyan price tag on the building plan
A construction estimator that adjusts quantities and rates by Kenyan county, then produces editable bills of quantities and exports.
Field notes
The workflow accepts either a plain-language brief or uploaded plans, then combines project details with a Kenyan rate library to produce quantities, schedules, and a priced BOQ. Each line can be edited directly or changed through natural-language instructions, with totals calculated to the shilling. The page shows a three-bedroom bungalow example totaling KES 1,074,285 and lists coverage for 47 counties. Its drawings and estimates are explicitly marked preliminary and unsuitable for construction approval.
