The integration model separates an Environment from an agent: the former holds repositories, packages, setup scripts, and variables, while the latter selects a runtime, model, skills, and MCP servers. Conversations can attach to identifiers already present in an application, including a Slack channel or database row, and continue on a sandbox that parks between messages. The page also documents SSE lifecycle events and a blocks mode intended to normalize different agent runtimes for client interfaces.
