MCP Manager imports existing server definitions, presents them as a shared library, and writes client-specific configuration only after confirmation. The page names four supported clients—Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Codex—and says each file is backed up before modification. For remote OAuth services such as Notion or PostHog, the described 127.0.0.1 gateway handles token injection while credentials remain in the macOS Keychain.
