Out in the Hills Gives the Black Hills a Queer Calendar

The project covers ten named Black Hills towns and combines event listings with a directory whose entries require direct opt-in from the businesses themselves. Its recurring First Thursday format is designed to rotate through local venues: a host supplies the room and staff, while the project supplies promotion and a crowd. The first event has not been scheduled because the site is still seeking its inaugural host.
