ReplyLedger, the shop that never sleeps
An in-development assistant for shops selling through WhatsApp, answering customer messages from the vendor’s own price list.
Field notes
The proposed workflow uses a vendor-maintained list as its source of truth, then handles each incoming message separately rather than treating the inbox as a generic chatbot session. Examples cover a ₦18,000 Ankara wrapper, four units remaining, and a ₦2,000 delivery charge to Yaba or Surulere. The page also describes a vendor-controlled floor for haggling and an order record that prevents customer requests from vanishing into the message thread. Its conversations are explicitly browser-generated samples.
