Runzo turns running routes into contested territory

A running game maps each recorded route onto hexagons that runners can claim, defend, lose, and retake.

Field notes

The proposed scoring system combines route capture with a fixed hex grid, then applies decay so territory remains active rather than becoming a permanent historical record. The site describes tiles as roughly 130 metres wide and groups them into neighbourhoods of about five square kilometres. It also separates detailed traces from longer-lived game state: routes are said to expire after 90 days, while pseudonyms remain assigned to prevent simple identity correlation. Android is planned first, but no build can be installed yet.
