School Theek Karo Is Building a Map of India’s Government Schools

School Theek Karo combines official UDISE+ records with structured observations from people who visit schools. Its collection work currently includes solving portal puzzles to release batches of about 120 schools and running district jobs for several hours from a laptop. The homepage reports more than 20,000 schools collected, while describing the wider India-wide directory as still under construction. Contributors can also submit photographs and notes, or register offers of money, time, skills, contacts, or local coordination.
