The proposed workflow replaces scattered team coordination with a single household-by-household grid covering attendance, carpool seats, rotating duties, lunch, and drinks. Users mark cells with simple symbols, after which the page says the board can generate a ready-to-paste LINE message listing assignments and unresolved gaps. The displayed example includes an 8:30 meeting, a sports-ground location, one car with a remaining seat, and an unassigned drinks duty. The project is soliciting anonymous feedback while it tests what teams will actually use.
