Tiverton Terrors: A Backyard Haunted Trail With a Cause

The attraction runs through a personal home’s backyard at 127 Lazywood Lane, with limited parking and a request that visitors remain courteous to neighbors. Its route is one eighth of a mile and divided into six stations, taking roughly 20–25 minutes. Check-in staff can radio each section when a visitor requests a lighter scare. The event began as a childhood tradition and opened to the public in 2021; students and volunteers help operate it for community-service hours.
