A Colombian radiology-triage tool that sorts chest X-rays by urgency and marks a suspicious region for a radiologist to review.

Field notes

The proposed workflow keeps patient identity at the hospital: an edge node removes metadata and burned-in identifiers before sending an anonymized image for prioritization. The sample queue illustrates the intended consequence with suspected pneumothorax ahead of pleural effusion, focal consolidation, and routine cases. Vigía says the physician remains responsible for reading, accepting or rejecting the flag, and signing the report; its homepage also identifies the product as still in development and awaiting INVIMA registration.
