Field notes
The tool accepts either protocol calldata or a signed transaction and checks more than its destination: it recovers the signer, distinguishes self-consolidation from a merge, and flags encoding that strict nodes may reject. It also reproduces the calldata digest associated with Trezor firmware version 2.12.4 or later, allowing a user to compare a hash rather than inspect long validator public keys manually. The page specifically warns that the protocol does not verify shared ownership of consolidation targets.
