Astropress: WordPress with the architecture changed
A WordPress-to-Astro service that mirrors an existing site as static pages on Cloudflare while keeping WordPress as the editor.
Field notes
Astropress separates the editing and delivery layers: WordPress remains behind a private address while the public domain serves generated static pages through Cloudflare. The page describes an initial 2–10 minute build, then watches for posts, page edits, and image changes, with synchronization targeted at about 30 seconds. It also outlines a form path that stores submissions before passing them into WordPress, plus support for Elementor, Divi, Bricks, and Gutenberg.
