The validator accepts either a public HTTPS Agent Card URL or pasted JSON, then reports structural checks, interface details, skill metadata, version signals, and a score out of 100. It blocks private networks, non-standard ports, and oversized responses, while its endpoint check is limited to HTTPS handshake success rather than certificate-expiry inspection.
