The workflow restores sanitized, referentially consistent Postgres state into an isolated copy of the application, then runs observed patterns, deterministic journeys, and exploratory users against a candidate change. The page shows a sample migration with a 27.4-second lock wait and a p99 shift from 820ms to 6.9 seconds. External actions are handled by a firewall that simulates charges, captures email sends, and blocks unknown destinations.
