ARC uses shared names as its index: a school plus graduation year, a region, a group, or a hobby can point people toward a room without exposing the room’s conversation. The homepage shows three example rooms, each with one participant and activity recorded eight hours earlier. Participation is approval-based, and the service specifically omits direct messages, read receipts, and follower relationships.
