The workflow begins with a job record rather than a generic interview prompt: users can paste the posting, share it from LinkedIn or Indeed, photograph a noticeboard, or attach a PDF or Word selection-criteria document. The interview can run in voice-only or avatar video mode, with Short, Standard, and Long settings plus slower, normal, or faster speech. A live screen is designed for glancing, with large text and prompts including “Shorter,” “STAR it,” and “I’m stuck.”
