The workflow accepts exports from DATEV, Personio, SAP, Lexware, or an Excel template and uses personnel numbers instead of names. It groups equivalent work using an existing role structure or four Article 4 criteria, then produces the Article 9(a–g) figures, a Logib-method adjusted gap, an Excel appendix, and a signable PDF. The example reports 7.4% average and 5.1% median gaps, with three of eight groups above the stated 5% threshold.
