Miller Pond’s Sauna With a Point of View

Miller Pond describes a repeatable construction sequence: leveled skids, an insulated and vapor-sealed shell, hand-fitted tongue-and-groove cedar, two-tier benches, ventilation, and a wood stove or electric heater. The finished 8-by-10-foot unit seats six and arrives whole on a trailer without a foundation. Each sauna is fired beside the Strafford brook before delivery and receives a leaded glass roundel plus a driftwood handle gathered from the pond.
