The register combines observation browsing with several summary views: a map, country and family breakdowns, an archive, and a list of species recorded once. Entries preserve unusually granular provenance, including public latitude and longitude, collector names, quality grades, suggested identifiers, and determination history. The visible dataset contains 1,000 records, but the site explicitly cautions that observation counts should not be read as rarity estimates and notes strong geographic sampling bias toward Europe and North America.
