OpenChip models channels as paths with editable dimensions, then generates a printable solid rather than asking users to construct a conventional CAD model. Its checks compare measured geometry against user-entered printer limits but remain advisory, preserving the export option. The described flow solver uses a resistor-network model based on generalized Hagen–Poiseuille equations and reports quantities for each segment. Starter designs include several mixer geometries, with dimensions and segment counts exposed on the page.
