OURS, the Founding Ledger

The project separates a public founding ledger from legal membership: five entries are visible, but each is marked “not yet issued.” Its entry mechanism authenticates email control, accepts a public name or pseudonym, and assigns an ordinal only when the transaction is sealed, with no number reserved at the start. The build record names a PostgreSQL ledger, row-locked allocation, signed relays, and an atomic continuation race; deliberation and external social ingestion are still identified as unbuilt.
