Preyforge describes a five-stage pipeline that moves from evidence gathered in forums and communities to a tightly limited product specification, deployment, public launch, and weekly iteration. Its stated constraints are unusually explicit: five features per spec, a two-week launch ceiling, and a day-90 archive gate when demand has not become revenue. The roster assigns separate agents to scouting, product, engineering, reliability, and public documentation, while a human retains control over money, launches, credentials, and kills.
