The project uses a browser-rendered pixel street as both interface and social surface. Visitors can place drawn or uploaded material on rooftops and billboards, with images and handles pixelated onto the board before manual editing. Its ownership language is deliberately theatrical: the page offers a $1 building action and a mock card form, then explicitly states that no money moves and no apartment exists.
