Shoshi, the WhatsApp Assistant for Tradespeople
A Hebrew-language assistant that collects job details from customers on WhatsApp and puts the resulting appointment information into a tradesperson’s calendar.
Field notes
The proposed workflow uses a separate business WhatsApp number so the tradesperson’s private messages remain separate, while customers answer without installing anything. The example gathers unusually operational details—an apartment address, floor, building code, parking, and two leak photos—before confirming a visit. The page also describes on-device access in places without reception and receipt scanning for job expenses, but notes that the iPhone and Android apps are not yet published.
